What is your experience of the NDIS and Sex Services
Touching Base is hoping to gather input to inform our submission to the Joint Standing Committee inquiry into Capability and Culture of the NDIA.
Please follow this link if you are willing to provide us with anonymous information about your experiences of people with disability accessing, or trying to access, sex services using NDIS funds: https://forms.gle/kQJdvJcfBJPsVosg6
We are seeking input from people with disability, sex workers and anyone else who may have had experience in this field, e.g. planners, support coordinators, advocates, support staff, organisations, allied health practitioners, etc.
The deadline is fairly short - 5pm 7th December 2022 - as we will need time to de-identify and collate peoples’ answers. The form will not work after the deadline, so please don’t delay if you have information to share.
We are really hoping to gather some good evidence of what is working and what isn't, to include in our submission.
Making your own submission
If you would like to make your own submission, your deadline to do so is the 16th December. Senator Jordon Steele-John’s office has kindly prepared some information about how to make a submission to the Joint Standing Committee’s current inquiry for us to share, including guidance on how to maintain your privacy. https://docs.google.com/.../1S3KLGqVi6kz4mnFpqE2y.../edit...
