“ACON’s current policy position in relation to the sex industry states:

That state, federal and local government laws and regulations should not be enacted which threaten the security, privacy, health or safety of workers in the sex industry.
That local and state government activities should ensure the anonymity of private workers as a means of ensuring their health and safety.
That private sex workers should not be treated in a discriminatory manner relative to other home based businesses, such as masseurs or architects.
That the public exposure by local or state government of private worker operations and the identity of workers places those workers at risk.”
