- Sex Workers
The Touching Base Committee NSW, consists of individuals with disability and independent sex workers as well as representatives from People with Disability Australia Inc, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly The Spastic Centre), Family Planning NSW, Royal Rehab (formerly The Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney) and Multiple Sclerosis Australia. Our project could not continue to function without input from volunteers and the valuable staff hours and support we receive from the various community organisations above.
We extend our thanks to folks at the University of Technology (UTS) Sydney, Lisa and Pauline from UTS Shopfront and James who supervised our first website design.
A huge thanks to the UTS students Nicola Cullen, Raymond Montalban, Robin Pyon, Matthew Smith and Joseph Ying, who all contributed an enormous amount of time, energy and ability to the development of our first website. Without them it wouldn’t be here.
We also extend our thanks to SPIN Internet Services, for donating free email service and support to the Committee for 10 years (2000-2010).
If you find the information available on this website useful, we hope you will let others know about it.
